The pier-mount Westover sets the collection’s hand-riveted rectangular lantern directly on top of a masonry pier, column cap or flat post cap. Clear beveled glass on all four sides keeps the lantern visually light, so it marks a driveway entrance or garden wall without reading as bulk.
WVR9106 stands 16" tall on a 7.5" square footprint and weighs 7.92 lb. Because it sits on top of its mounting surface rather than cantilevering off a wall, you need a flat cap at least 7.5" square and a wiring chase run up through the pier — worth confirming before you order, since retrofitting a chase into finished masonry is the expensive part of this installation.
Wet rated for direct rain exposure. Takes one A21 medium-base (E26) bulb rated to 150W maximum, sold separately, and dims with a standard incandescent or dimmable LED lamp. Matching Westover wall, post, hanging and flush-mount fixtures are available to carry the same detail across an entire property.
